Our Results
In support of our in vitro laboratory results, Milliken has engaged independent third party clinicians to conduct clinical trial work. In 2005, prior to FDA clearance, 18 patient trials were completed through Etris & Associates in Philadelphia, PA to establish performance on long term care residents with a variety of chronic wound types.
In 2006, a study involving 21 patients was conducted at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center to establish performance on venous, diabetic, pressure ulcers and a few atypical wounds in an outpatient setting. More than 100 product evaluations were completed through a number of parties in different settings. A few examples of the results are provided here along with clinician testimonials.
